The following is a full transcript of the interview given by Mason Travostino to The Warrior Messenger’s Max Travostino about moving onto the next grade, and how he feels.

MAX TRAVOSTINO, HOST: What is your name and how you spell it?

MASON TRAVOSTINO (7th grade NJHS studentl): M.a.s.o.n  T.r.a.v.o.s.t.i.n.o

MT: How do you feel that you will be going into your last year of middle school?

MJT: Excited, because i’m ready to get out of this school and see new opportunities.

MT: What teachers will you miss from 7th grade?

MJT: Mr. Guidetti.

MT: Since you play baseball, how do you feel about having your last season of baseball next year?

MJT: I will feel good because I will be a role model for the younger kids, and show posivtiy and leadership.

MT: You have changed a lot from 6th grade to 7th grade, how do you think your growth will be by 8th grade?

MJT: A lot, my academics will be better, and I will show lots of leadership, and kindness.

MT: How do you feel about leaving some of your friends after next year ?

MJT: Really sad, but also kind of curious because I want to make new friends and open up to  show people how I am.

MT: What will be your main focus next year in school?

MJT: My grades, and making sure I can stay on topic with school work.

MT: Is there anything else you would like to add ?

MJT: No.
