Don’t look back, they’re always right behind you.      

“AHHHHH” Caleb wakes up from a nightmare, while Danny enters the room with her phone and laughs at him. Caleb takes it. 

“Hey, give it back!” Danny says. 

“No can do,”

Caleb says.  Caleb is always bothering his sister danny he doesn’t really have friends he only hangs out with his older sisters friends, Well sometimes.. 

“Ugh, Caleb you’re such a jerk. I hope you step in dog poop on your way to school and people smell it and laugh at you!!” 

“yeah right”Danny chuckles.

 “Ding Dong” goes to the doorbell.

“Thank god Elizebeth is here, got to go,” Danny says.

   Danny gives her mom and dad a kiss on the cheek and leaves for school.

“NOT SO FAST, MOM DANNY IS BEING A SNAKE IN THE GRASS”.

 Danny pauses in shock and she knows she got caught.

“How so?” Mom says,

“Oh Caleb, you better not say it you blabbermouth”. Caleb doesn’t like being called that but it’s self- explanatory on why he does.

 “ Oh you fart knocker! Now I’m definitely telling. Mom Danny has her phone and not the flip phone you gave her.”

 “Oh Danny, hand the phone over, you know the rules.” Dad says while halfway asleep swinging around in his rocking chair.”

 Danny gets mad and slams the phone on the table and rushes out the door.

Elizabeth honks the car and says, 

“You coming?” 

Danny ignores her and walks away. As Danny is walking she skips school and goes to the lake. 

“What do I do now?” 

Danny throws rocks in the lake. (crackle) Danny jumps and looks back. 

“Who’s there?” 

           Danny continues to throw rocks in the lake. (snap) she hears a noise again and again and again, while she hears it continuously she keeps looking back but doesn’t move a muscle.  

 “Okay this isn’t funny just come out I wont hurt you.”

 little does she know that whatever is there can hurt her instead. It’s spoken .

  “ oh really why hurt me when i can just hurt you?” 

         BOOM. She’s gone. 

“Why keep looking back if nothing has changed, Danny?”

 She gets scared and says 

“ It was a mistake.”

     She’s scared and doesn’t know what to do. 

“Well you did it multiple times, my Danny, once you make one mistake and you keep doing it over and over again… well Danny it doesn’t become mistakes anymore.”

  Just like that she vanished.
