The Face on the Milk Carton by Caroline B. Cooney

Jay Oyler, Contributor

This was a very good read about a girl who discovers a milk carton picture that resembles her. What happens next takes the reader on a whirlwind ride to discover who she is.  Doubt, anger, and betrayal enter into play on how she deals with herself, family and friends.   Does she handle each new revelation correctly?  Trust and relationships get strained as she struggles to find out who she really is.
I like how this book keeps the reader engaged from beginning to end. In rating this book I give it 4 out of 5 stars.  Once you finish you’ll find out there are more in the series. Enjoy.
