The following is a full transcript of the interview given by Ava Kripaitis to Zoe Cardet-Merrill of The Warrior Messenger about art. 

ZOE CARDET – MERRILL : What is your name and what is your style in art?

AVA KRIPAITIS:  My name is Ava and I don’t really have an art style  but I do like doodling. It helps me focus.

ZCM:  What inspires you to do art?

AK: Nothing really inspires me, it just kind of comes to mind.

ZCM: Do you use references when you draw?

AK: No, I don’t really use references. 

ZCM: What is your favorite thing to draw?

AK: My favorite thing to draw are ghosts or like smiley faces or anything that’s kind of easy to doodle.

ZCM: When do you draw?

AK: I draw in class, mostly 4th period.

ZCM: Is there something you are good at drawing? If so, what is it?

AK: Yea I am good at drawing birds.

ZCM:How do you come up with things to draw?

AK: I don’t really know it just comes to my mind.

ZCM:  Who inspires you to draw?

AK:  Nobody really does.

ZCM: Is there anything else you would like to add?

AK:  No.
