Since today is World Kindness Day and Friday the 13th, here are thirteen way that you could be kind to someone to reverse some of the potential bad luck associated with Friday the 13th:

  1. Give someone a compliment.
  2. Help your parents/guardian clean.
  3. Bake or cook something for your family.
  4. Do something nice for a friend, such as making them something or getting them something that they have wanted.
  5. If you see your neighbor struggling with something, go help them out!
  6. Donate whatever you can, anything can help!
  7. Get your pet a toy, it’ll make them happy.
  8. Write a thank you letter to someone that has helped you out.
  9. Do something as simple as smiling at someone!
  10. Volunteer somewhere.
  11. Listen to someone if they are venting to you, it takes a lot of weight off of their shoulders!
  12. Pay for the person that is behind you in a drive-thru.
  13. Last but not least, be kind to yourself! Give yourself a day to wind down and relax!
