Surina Edwards is a 7th grader at Woodbridge Middle School. This is her first year being a reporter for The Warrior Messenger. She loves long walks with her friends, food, games, volleyball, basketball, documentaries, and writing. Her favorite places to eat are Chili’s and Red Lobster, her favorite artists are Drake, Lil Wayne, and Kanye West. Her favorite subjects are English and science. Edwards likes journalism because it gives her a chance to express what she’s most passionate about and share it with other people.
