Stretches for beginners

If you just became a dancer it may be hard to adapt to all the new stretches and warm ups. Good thing for you, all dancers were in your position at one point, and we are going to show you some stretches you can do at home, to help you out.
Lunges are one of the most basic stretches in dance. Lunges stretch your hamstrings and make sure you you don’t pull a muscle. Splits and oversplits make sure that your legs are warm and are ready to do kicks and other things that involve your legs.
Now that you know a couple easy stretches go do them at home and dance will become easier during class.
