Have you ever wondered if having a pet could change the way you think about them? If you thought about it, any animal can make you happy! You just need to learn how to take care and love them.

A few WMS student thought that having a pet would be better to help with anxiety and stress.I believe having a pet is a good way for adults and children to feel better when they are alone.

Sixth grader, Kylie Rackett, has two cats and she said that they are “very fun to play with”. Cats and dogs can be “exciting” In my opinion because they can play with you and they can keep you company when your alone. Furthermore, 6th grader, Jose Tejeiro can relate a little bit on that note because he says that his dog is “annoying”, but fun to play with.

Surprising, one student said that his dog “doesn’t do anything but bark”, but he also commented saying that his dog is “the best thing that happened to him”.

If you ever consider getting a pet, adoption is the easiest way and you can save an animal’s life. Adopting a pet can be fun, especially if you find the right one. If I was able to adopt all the pets, I would so I could save their lives.
