The 7th grade students of the month, Chloe Monsanto and Anthony Velardo shocked many with their character that benefits our school. Being student of the month is definitely a challenge.

Chloe Monsanto preached some advice for students struggling, “Putting in a lot of effort can help, it is a challenge though.” She explained that what she did made her feel “good.’’ She was “shocked” to get this award and “could not be happier”.

Anthony Velardo reflected “treating everyone the way you want to be treated is one good start.” It’s an accomplishment for him. Velardo explains that this award is like a “symbol” to keep doing his best. He is truly proud of his choices and hopes to continue.

Both students did not celebrate with their families, but they were very happy. Monsanto said even though it was a challenge she was “proud.” They deserved this certificate and overall both students were proud to get this award.
