WMS students elected Mr.Van as PBSIS 8th grade teacher of the month for February!

Mr. VanAntwerp explained how it felt to win teacher of the month, “It’s nice to know I felt appreciated by my students.”

Mr. VanAntwerp explained the qualities of being a great teacher,“I think if you show your caring, and willing to go out your way for them, then your doing a great job at being a teacher.”

Mr.Van continued to express how he felt about the PBSIS organization saying that the whole organization was a nice way to let teachers know that they are appreciated.

He went on to answer the question ”Who was your inspiration on becoming a teacher?” He replied, “ Both my parents were teachers and in high school I knew I wanted to be one.”
