CRAFT CLUB: Ms. Masperi holding a craft made from craft club.

Craft club is one of the many clubs in WMS that students can attend after school. There are specific dates; they are all on Mondays. All grades can come and create a fun and easy craft.

Ms. Masperi and Ms. Wong, both favored sixth grade teachers, were the ones who started the club.

“Ms. Wong made paper crafts and origami and I made balloon animals,” Masperi says. Wong commented, “We decided to start craft club after a student and a teacher came up to us and suggested it.”

A few crafts that were made last year in craft club included balloon animals, friendship bracelets, and origami.

The club has already started with their first meeting being on December 15. It is said that students will be able to craft a Christmas related item.

The compelling craft club has come back to entertain students once again. Will you join? It is great fun if you have nothing to do or if you want to do an enjoyable activity to occupy you.
