Strength is many different things for people. All of which can be determined in different ways. Physical strength is what’s commonly associated with the word but then there’s also mental, spiritual, and emotional strength. But they are each linked together in some shape, way or form.
Physical strength is built by working out using weights or doing body workouts. Weights make micro-tears in the muscle that’s being worked and build the muscle over time stronger and bigger with enough sleep,work, and the proper meals. Body workouts are more efficient because of the fact that it uses your entire body and makes you work with your weight while making the same progress that weights would.
Mental strength is being able to manage thoughts and behave positively even in stress, or challenges. To build this all you have to do is simply think positively and surround yourself with the right people to bring your mood up. What could help is also trying to see the bright side of any situation and trying to be that positive boost for other people as well.
Emotional strength is being able to manage challenging emotions, stress, and adversity constantly and effectively. To build this its pretty much the same thing as Mental strength except you focus on keeping yourself in a better and more positive mood while not letting yourself get down as much.
