Rielle Navedo, a seventh grader at WMS, won Warrior of the Week this year.
Navedo explained that she has a support system. She says, “My dad or my sister because they always help me get through things and help me when I’m sad.”
Navedo says ways that she struggles and advice for people that also struggle. For me, it’s like sometimes it’s hard and sometimes it’s not. “The best advice I can give is to keep going and just do your work and don’t get into trouble.”
Navedo says that she’s inspired and touched by her third-grade teacher, ms penny. “The teacher that inspires me the most is probably my third-grade teacher, Ms Penny. She always believed in me and she always told me that whatever I wanted to do, I could do.”
Uribe explains how Rielle as a person and he says that “She’s smart, nice, and she’s a pretty cool friend to hang out with.”
