Woodbridge Middle School Dance Company will perform on March 20,2025 at the Glow Dance.

Ms. Carelli is the choreographer and dance teacher for WMS’s Dance Company. She said, “I am a firm believer that everyone should have the opportunity and the chance to dance whether you take a dance class inside of school or not. If you are someone who wants to dance and likes to dance there should be a place for you.”

Dance Company is prepared for this upcoming performance. According to Kiley Young, “We go every Friday morning and sometimes we have extra practices if we have performances.” This is impressive considering they have many levels of dancers and the short amount of time they prepared.

On March 20th, they performed a dance at the Glow Dance. Radha Patel stated,  “I think my favorite part of the dance is how upbeat and fast it is.” This shows that they are enthusiastic about how Ms. Carelli made the dance.

Ms.Carelli can take many different levels of dancers and makes a dances that accents all of their abilities. She said, “I am most proud of how there are various levels of dances. There’s dancers who have never danced before and there’s dancers who have done dance company before, have taken dance classes before, and go to a dance studio and I am really proud of the dedication and want to dance from everyone.”

Dance Company can be for anyone. According to Cameron Hammond “Anyone can be a part of dance company because dance company is really fun and you get to like learn new things. I would recommend it to anyone, more so girls but boys can definitely do it too.”
