Step 1 – First grip the baseball across the horseshoe with your index finger and middle finger with your thumb on the side.
Step 2—Stand with relaxed legs, with one foot against the rubber and the other leg a decent distance away.
Step 3 – Lift your front leg with your eyes looking at the catcher’s glove
Step 4 – Once you land after you lift, you want the arm you’re throwing to extend to your backside.
Step 5 – Then fully extend and throw to your target(The Catchers Glove).
