Mr. Olvesen, the STEM teacher at WMS, is excited about STEM this year. He said that in the STEM class you will learn how to read a ruler. And that mistakes are part of the way to success. As well as to keep trying and when you and your colleagues work together can make anything.
The things that you can make can include all sorts of projects. All of wich teach you different things like how to overcome different obstacles that may get in your way. After all of the work that you will put into your device. You will take part in some type of competition.
Then you will start an other project with a different objective of with more variables than the last.
To those 6th graders that like building stuff and is realy smart then STEM is for you.
