The following is a full transcript of the interview given by Stefany Gomez to Aisha Palomo of the Warrior Messenger about how to be a good student.

AISHA PALOMO: You are clearly a good student and get good grades, how do you keep up your grades?

STEFANY GOMEZ: I keep good grades by paying attention in class and studying a lot.

AP: Who inspires you to do well in school?

SG: My parents inspire me to do good in school.

AP: What is your favorite class?

SG: My favorite class is science because I like the teacher and the work is very easy.

AP: Where do you study?

SG: I study either in class with my friends or at home with my siblings.

AP: When did you realize that school was important?

SG: I realized school was important when my brother started to go to high school and they started to give him a bunch of college applications and scholarships and stuff and scholarships you need to have good grades.

AP: Since you do well in school do you enjoy it?

SG: A little bit because they let us do partner and group work so I can pick my friends.
