Anxiety Tip #3: Write it Out

When you have a lot of anxiety weighing heavily on your shoulders it’s best to go with the phrase, “When in doubt, write it out.” 

Keep a little journal with you when you can, and if you ever feel a wave of stress just write about anything at all; it could be about how you feel, an upcoming event, something you’re excited about, just anything that will make you feel at ease. You’d surprise yourself with how much calmness writing can bring you; when you write your heart out, your problems all go away temporarily as if you’ve never had them and that’s the peacefulness you need at that moment.
