Why PVZ2 is in dire need of new worlds.

PVZ2 used to be good. From its launch in 2013 all the way to 2016 the devs cared about quality. There were 11 worlds that were Ancient Egypt, Pirate Seas, Wild West, Far Future, Dark Ages, Big Wave Beach, Frostbite Caves, Lost City, Neon Mixtape Tour, Jurassic Marsh, Modern Day. Each world got its own gimmick and would introduce new plants and themed zombies.

But after Modern Day Part 2 was released things went downhill. They added leveling and it was a horrible idea. You could now take out a gargantuar with only one max level peashooter. Also the levels were not designed for leveling because it was added after the adventure so you could eventually blast through levels without the need to strategize. But the worst part is that this is just a ploy to make you buy pinatas. They were just glorified loot boxes though.

After this they added Arena mode. This is a mode where you can grind for plants. Also it was made to further encourage people to level up their plants through making those who have higher level plants have an advantage. Penny’s Pursuit I can’t really tell what that was about because I haven ‘t heard that much about it.

But there’s something you can do about it. Peacefully protest. An example of this working is the #SaveTF2 movement. They peacefully asked Valve to deal with the bot problem and now Valve is updating the game almost weekly. We can do the same for PVZ2.
