Since a lot of people have social media, they don’t remember to take a break and care for themselves. I’m Jules and here to bring you your Short Section about self care and how important it actually can be. I’m sure everyone has heard of Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, and more. All those social media apps are not real at all. Every single one of the models either photoshop their flaws, get plastic surgery or wear tons of makeup! I find a lot of teens comparing themselves to others on the internet, including myself. Self care is so important. Some examples may include, going for a walk, taking a break from social media, showering, cleaning your room, and much more. Make sure to always keep in mind how important you are and your self worth.
