Mrs. Rodak arrives and inspires

Mrs. Rodak is a new teacher here at WMS. She enjoys working with and spending time with children, and loves her own two children. She studied art in school and majored in art therapy.

Mrs. Rodak is a sixth and seventh grade teacher that is dedicated and passionate about her students’ success. Mrs. Rodak says teaching makes her happier and is a big career change.  She says, “in order to become a teacher you have to at least have a bachelor’s degree.”  Mrs. Rodak went to the School of Visual Arts.

Mrs. Rodak teaches sixth and seventh grade language arts, seventh grade Spanish, and special ed inclusion. Mrs. Rodak says, “ I chose to become a teacher because I like working with children; I was even  a child therapist.” Mrs. Rodak also says, “Teaching is really important because it’s important to guide children on the right path and to find out what they love to do.”  Clearly, Mrs. Rodak puts her students first.
