But I guess it’s nice to know that others, whether it’s one person or a hundred appreciate what you do,” explaining his thoughts on receiving the award. The people that inspire Kobylakiewicz to keep it going is the student’s, Kobylakiewicz believes that “if you can help a student in any way, it may help them in the future somehow”. Kobylakiewicz’s “favorite” gym activity to teach has to be softball. “I’ve played baseball most of my life so it’s fun to play an activity very similar” he explained.
Before being a gym teacher, Kobylakiewicz spent his four years of college at Rowan University located in New Jersey.

Kobylakiewicz stated, “I enjoyed my college years very much. Because I was able to play two sports and made friends I still keep in touch with 20 years after graduating.” Kobylakiewicz “favorite” sport to watch is either college basketball or football because it’s a “great fan based environment”. On the other hand, his favorite sport to play is golf, Kobylakiewicz thinks it’s “challenging”, but also gets to play in nice weather.
