Queen Elizabeth II is doubling the celebration, which means double the cake!
Apr 18, 2018
Sing it! Queen Elizabeth II 92nd birthday on April 21st will hold a wide selection of talented performers in her royal honor.
This glorious birthday bash will be held in London’s Royal Albert Hall in the UK and will consist of a handful of different performers. This event will be recorded on BBC One (channel 202) and BBC Radio 2 will be airing the show on television. Young Canadian artist Shawn Mendes, “It Wasn’t Me” singer Kylie Minogue, a Grammy nominee Craig David, rock star artist Sting, and British star Anne-Marie will be attending and the artists will be performing.
For the people who love the royal family, BBC will be featuring Queen Elizabeth’s history of her being England’s ruler, this year! Queen Elizabeth II has also decided to do something different this year, she usually does not celebrate her birthday on her actual birthdate, but this year she is.
The queen celebrates her birthday two times each year just like every other monarch. One near her actual birthday and another later in the year. Usually around the summer. Elizabeth’s “official” birthday parade will take place in the summertime. Summer parade will include Trooping the Color. That includes a hundred soldiers and horses.
The Queen’s 92nd birthday will be one of the most memorable moments in her previous birthdays with the brand new performers. Along with a couple of things being switched up this year. Make sure to watch the event this weekend to watch the event!
