Our new National Junior Honor Society members!

WMS NJHS welcomes the brand-new members of the NJHS with their yearly induction ceremony. On March 28th at 2:00pm come meet the fellow students!

The National Junior Honor Society has been around in WMS for seven years. At the ceremony Dr. Crowe, Dr. Zega, and Mayor McCormac attend to congratulate the students and then the inductees get called one by one to sign their name into the official registrar book. When they have finished signing they walk over to the three gentlemen to shake their hands, receive the official flower and pin of NJHS, and the certificate that declares that they are official members of the society.

Ms. McHale, one of the teacher advisers of the NJHS is “excited” for the event happening this week. McHale said that former president of the NJHS, who is the president of the National Honor Society, Daniel Cimaszewski is returning to WMS. Ms. McHale would like to give her thanks to the PTO for their help and Mrs. VanKleef for her returning to WMS after retirement to play for the National Junior Honor Society ceremony.

These 42 students have worked exceedingly hard to earn this achievement. In honor of their dedication you should come to WMS to congratulate them. The event is at 2:00 until 3:00, during school, make sure to check your calendar, and if it’s empty, be sure to be at WMS!
