The action packed book, The Silence of Six,by E.C. Meyers was a pleasure to read but also heartbreaking.

To go into detail, the book is about 17 year old Maxwell Stein, facing the tragedy of his best-friend Evan, who committed suicide on public television.

During the gruesome video Evan said, “But who is the Silence of Six?” which left Max stunned to the point where he wanted to dig deeper.

Max would then have to bring out his old hacking skills and maneuver through a network of internet hacktivists, and secret identities.

While Max investigated more into his case he came across many dangerous obstacles that involved him and family; most importantly, the dark truth about the Silence of Six and his friend Evan was uncovered.

The Silence of Six was a thrilling book with elements of the latest technology and the federal government, with an emotional factor, too, which really stood out to me.

This page-turning book is one of my all time favorites. I would definitely recommend it to my peers and friends.
