A Plane exploded in Scotland on the 21st of December in the year of 1988. There was a bomb in the cargo killing everyone on board and 11 residents on the ground. This may be attack because of America accidently shot down a commercial plane and it killed 290 people were killed or when America bombed Libya killing dozen and the leader’s daughter. Before the plane took off the US ambassador in Finland got word of the bomb, but the ambassador ignored it.
