The WMS boys basketball team won 59-44 against IMS on December 15. Watch out Woodbridge township schools, the WMS boys are bringing back the wins.

Glen Cantalupo, a seventh grade teammate, says “the team worked harder because of the loss” against AMS. He also says “the team did really good. I did alright. But altogether the team did good”. He thinks “the team contributed a lot and that’s how we won”.

Edin Olevic “didn’t really play much because of his knee”, which he injured in practiced, but he scored 8 points and “contributed by playing point guard”. Nick Hilenski said “we were really cooking out there.”

Olevic and Hilenski say they need to “work on defense” and “blocking people”. They think they “need to work on playing as a team”. Hilenski said, “It was sad that we lost against AMS, but the wins that we got were pretty dominate”.
