This November, Mrs. Donewitz, Mrs. Steinberg, and Ms. Benkert all won the spectacular teacher of the month award. Mrs. Steinberg, 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Bankert, 7th grade, and Mrs. Donewitz, 8th grade, earned this award for their extravagant actions.

Ms. Bankert, 7th grade music teacher, won the teacher of the month for 7th grade. Mrs. Benkert stated, “My middle school music teacher challenged me to work harder”. She explained that she has been working here for three years and “loves” it.

Mrs. Donewitz, 8th grade art teacher, won teacher of the month for 8th grade. She said, “My favorite part of winter break is sleeping in”. Mrs. Donewitz spoke about her favorite hobbies. She loves doing arts and crafts at home.

Mrs. Steinberg, 6th grade social studies teacher, won teacher of the month for 6 grade. Mrs. Steinberg likes to travel in her free time,, ”I have traveled to Europe and the islands near Mexico”. Mrs. Steinberg has plans to travel the U.S. when she retires.
