December 7th, 2017- The WMS Lady Warriors defeated the Colonia Patriots 24-20 at CMS.

Abigail Rodriguez, who played an incredible game, says that the hardest part about defense was “trying to move quickly around the court.” She also said that knowing where to go and getting the ball back was difficult for her and her team. Rodriguez says, “Doing our plays and doing what we were supposed to do helped our offense a lot.” Rodriguez says she thinks she did “pretty okay” and says she “tried her best for the team.” Abigail played vicious defense and stunning offense. She is 1 of 3 captains.

The Warriors next game is Monday, December 11th. It is away and located at Avenel Middle School.
