WMS 8th graders are embarking  on a trip to Dave & Busters for their 8th grade class trip  Monday June 2nd.

Mrs. Desch stated that we should go into the trip being positive and behaving well. She also talked about enjoying every moment, “If everyone comes to the trip with a good attitude and excitement and ready to have a good time we will have a good time. And we have to savor these memories, you know what I mean.”

Mrs. Desch also explained  the decision making used in choosing the location of the 8th grade trip, as well as conveying who was part of the decision.  She said, “Me, Mr.Panko and Mrs. Dinella had a lot of different options that we were curious about. There were a lot of different things that we wanted to do for the eighth grade trip but Mr. Panko came to the final decision.”

Elyanna Mendez, an 8th grader at WMS, said that Dave and Busters will be fun because she is going with friends.

Mendez also stated that while Dave & Busters would be fun, she would also enjoy Six Flags as an option. She said, “I would like to go to Six Flags because it would be more fun to see my friends crash out because of roller coasters. ”

Mrs. Desch said this is the first field trip she ever chaperoned. She also described the emotions she has about it, “I’m very excited because this is my first field trip ever and I get to share it with you guys so I’m pretty excited.”
