Mental Health Awareness is important for people who are struggling with mental health issues. They need to know that there are resources available to help them through what’s going on with their overall well-being, influencing a person to understand that it is okay not to be okay, as it provides social aspects of life and shapes how people view all aspects of their health.
It is important to prioritize yourself, as this promotes understanding, reduces stigma around mental health conditions, and improves access to support services.
