WMS volleyball players Alex Dinicola, Dylan Dwyer, and Daniel Crowley expressed their thoughts on volleyball and this season.
7th grader, Alex Dinicola said, “My favorite aspect of volleyball is bumping the ball up to the setters.” He hasn’t played volleyball before, but he still enjoys playing it.
He also expressed that during the game, he feels “mostly nervous because a lot of people are taller and it’s pretty energetic too, so adrenaline’s constantly pumping.”
7th grader, Dylan Dwyer said, “My favorite aspect of volleyball is playing with his team and having a fun time.” Dwyer said he loves volleyball. He also said, “It’s a very fun sport, a nice team sport, and you get to hit the ball.”
Dwyer also talked about his emotions, saying that he feels “excited about the game and nervous when [he] serves.”
7th grader, Daniel Crowley said, “My favorite aspect of volleyball is that you get to play every position.” Crowley said it’s fun “because you get to play with friends.”
Crowley also expressed that he feels during the game, “stressful, and gets the feeling that you don’t want to mess up.”
