Today, we’re focusing on children’s mental health. Some people find ways to cope with their problems, such as listening to/writing music, writing in a journal, writing poems, or communicating their feelings. Many kids copy how people older than them act, so it’s important to be aware of your actions and how they affect others’ mental health. Children’s mental health is usually taken as a joke by a lot of people, but children should be getting the help they need instead.
