My yellow is a burst of anxiety,
Like a magnifying glass burning memories
My heart pounds like a beast that is locked up in a cage begging for freedom,
My eyes are waterfalls and they won’t stop till the end comes
My brain throbs, overthinking and wanting to find peace
My fear is like a flash of a green lantern fly stuck in a jar,
Afraid the fly is just like me
Sparks of its light is like the sting in my heart
or the bats in the cave of my stomach
A roller coaster is what my heart is on, going up
and
dropping
instantly
like
a
free fall.
