Peanut butter can be converted into diamonds! Yep, it’s true! If you have peanut butter at home, you’re rich! Nope, just kidding.
Converting peanut butter to diamonds is harder than you think. It’s a very detailed process, and a very expensive one as well. Both diamonds and peanut butter are carbon-rich materials. Both include carbon, but are formed in different ways. So, if a specific amount of pressure and heat is applied to peanut butter, it can turn into diamonds.
In 2014, in Germany, Dan Frost attempted to do this experiment and it was successful. However, whenever this experiment was attempted, the diamond always came out small in shape, & muddy in color. The process is messy and the diamonds don’t cost much.
So, nobody can be rich by converting diamonds from peanut butter. Oh well… we’ll just have to enjoy peanut butter as a good snack for now.
