In honor of the many things women have done in history, March 8th celebrates National Women’s Day! It is celebrated on the 8th in order to commemorate the brave women of the Russian Revolution. However, it also commemorates women suffragists like Susan B Anothony that fought for the rights of women in America and around the world. From marching for children labor abolishment in 1908 to breaking records in science, writing, and law, Women’s Day is the perfect opportunity to learn about what ladies can do if they put their minds to anything.
