March 5th is National Cheese Doodle Day!
National Cheese Doodle Day is celebrated on March 5th of every year. They celebrate the addition of Cheese Doodles in our society and their invention in the 1930s or 40s. The alleged inventor is Morrie Yohai from the Old London Foods. Most people are in love with these flavourful & crunchy snacks.
So, a fellow 7th grader, Sanjay Sureshkumar was interviewed in relation to National Cheese Day by the Warrior Messenger.
His statement on this national day included, “I think it’s kind of funny how unimportant things are given national days,” when Sanjay was asked about his opinion on the event. Sanjay also further explained that he believes why this day exists is just for fun to celebrate the tasty and popular snack, Cheese Doodles.
Sureshkumar quoted, “People just had free time and created it,” and agreed that the making of this day was a great decision.
Sanjay’s final statement after being asked what he will do on Nation Cheese Doodles Day will leave a mark on many snack-enjoyers. He emphasized, “Tomorrow? I’ma eat cheese.”
