Amazonite is a variety of microcline found in the Amazon River in Brazil.The crystal was found in 1847 by A. Breithaupt but it was believed to be found 4,000 years ago in Ancient civilizations like Egypt,India, and Mesopotamia.The colors of Amazonite vary from colors like a deep blue, to turquoise, and to blue-green. Amazonite is supposed to represent a stone of peace,truth, and harmony.Amazonite is the perfect stone to calm your environment and remove any negative energies that are around you.
