Tomorrow, November 14 will be National Guacamole Day! Guacamole is a dip made mainly from avocados, mixed with lime juice, tomatoes, and onions. It came from the Aztecs in ancient Mexico and was called “ahuaca-molli,” meaning avocado sauce. Today, people around the world enjoy guacamole.
