Students are stressed about homework, assignments, and major tests, quizzes or even projects and that makes them feel either uncomfortable or thinking bad about themselves some kids even think about suicide if they mess up something important.
To help comfort students, always ask for help when you’re feeling stressed and try not to think bad about yourself. Or if you’re feeling upset try to calm yourself down like breathing in and out or meditation and some quiet place.
Stress can get to you in a lot of different ways like breaking something that is very important to you or someone else, or maybe you lose something like a dog or a cat or maybe even a loved one and when you get stressed it’s like a burden.
Everyone has gotten stressed before in their life and it hurts you mentally because stress can lower your confidence and make you want to participate less in life. It also makes you feel like you do not matter and you think you just bring you and other people down. Stress can also lead to having headaches, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, breathing faster than usual and aches and pains.
Confidence is something that can help people with stress. In order to get rid of stress, people can work on gaining convince. People with anxiety can try to speak more to others and take risks. Asking for help is another great way to build confidence. Expressing yourself is another great way. Lastly, exercise can help people build confidence.
