What days do you want to do shoulders legs cardio? My plan is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday cardio. Then I do Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: shoulders, biceps, forearms, chest triceps, and back very briefly if you plan on growing tall. If you feel like you can’t do it all in one day every day you can split it up whenever order you want.
Where should you work out? You can work out in any gym because the results are always the same. The only difference is the environment which doesn’t matter which gym you go to.
What weight should you lift if you feel like you are going to drop the weight the minute you pick it up? It is not your weight so please do not ego lift and hurt yourself, you should pick up a weight that is in the middle of heavy and not heavy then work your way up the weight.

What should you eat for a bulk? The perfect breakfast would be 4 eggs and maybe some bacon if you want with milk. You eat as many calories from clean food as you can, so you should eat baked chicken in a big portion with fruit. What is the perfect dinner for a bulk? The perfect dinner would be rice and breaded chicken.
What is the perfect breakfast for a cut? I think the perfect breakfast for a cut is strawberries, bananas and black berries in whatever position you want. For a cut you should eat mainly fruit and protein, nothing else because of fiber because it can get full quickly and then fruit for muscle building.
What is the perfect lunch for a cut? You shouldn’t eat breakfast so you should skip either lunch or breakfast because you are trying to limit your calories. What is the perfect dinner for a cut? The perfect dinner is eggs with chicken because you are getting a good mix of protein and vitamins.
