Fabulous February Sudents of the Month
This month, WMS students worked diligently to keep their grades up and do what’s right. But some exceeded the limits expected of them.
The February WMS Students of The Month were chosen for how well they’ve been doing. Getting a look inside what they were thinking this month is a great way for other students to learn how to succeed.
The sixth grade students of the month are Aayudh Nandiwdek and Nicholas Avila. Nandiwdek admits that he feels he is a “very nice” person, and tries hard to improve his future. Meanwhile, Avila strives to get good grades so his “parents will trust him” to do other things outside of school.
Rachael Malltell and Matthew Stanton are the seventh grade students of the month. “My mom wanted me to get good grades and it made me mad so I tried,” says Malltell. “I try just to be a better role model,” Stanton says, simply so he can inspire others.
In eighth grade, the students of the month are Jasmine Bennett and Ethan Garro. “Every month I just want to work hard, I strive for straight A’s,” Bennett says, “I want my teachers to look back and see that I can get A’s in 8th Grade which means that I can get them when I’m a Freshman.” Garro admits it is all just to “improve [his] grades.”
WMS students are striving for the best. So here’s a thanks to these students, for making WMS a better place one month at a time.
