Beware the signs that life displays

They whisper truths we often stray

Warnings ignored, consequences dire

As we stumble blindly into the fire

The warnings, like shadows, haunt our days

Reminding us of our careless ways

We push them aside, thoughtlessly dismiss

Only to find ourselves in the abyss

Listen to the warnings, heed their call

For they hold wisdom, they hold it all

They foretell the storm, the coming rain

But we ignore them, to our own pain

Oh warnings, how you cry out in vain

To a world deaf to your refrain

So we march on, ignorant and blind

Until we realize too late, what we left behind

The warnings were there, we chose to ignore

And now we face the consequences, sore

Regret fills our hearts, as we see the cost

Of ignoring the warnings that we lost

So heed the signs, the whispers soft

For they hold the truth, no matter how of

Beware the warnings, they hold no lie
