The following is a full transcript of the interview given by Zayd Moro to The Warrior Messenger about what it takes to be a pro soccer player.
ADAM ARIF: Hi I’m Adam with my friend Aayan from the warriors messenger. How are you?
ZAYD MORO: I’m good, how are you?
AA: I’m fine, Do you mind if I ask you some questions?
ZM: No I don’t mind.
AAYAN IQBAL: Who inspired you to play football/soccer.
ZM: Christiano Rolando.
AA: But why is Cristiano Ronaldo your favorite soccer player?
ZM: I like Cristiano Ronaldo because of his skills and his quotes.
AI: If you could have any soccer coach who would it be?
ZM: My dad because I feel like my family is the best teacher.
AA: Did you have any hard time in life and did soccer help you cope with it?
ZM: It helped because it made me feel better.
AI: What is your favorite soccer club and why?
ZM: Manchester United because most of my family is a Manchester City fan so I feel like I should Go against them and be a United fan.
AA: What made you start soccer?
ZM: In 2015
AI: What happened in 2015 that made you start soccer?
ZM: I was at the age where my dad was trying to teach me how to play so I just started playing.
AA: Nice so what are your predictions for the 2026 world cup?
ZM: Portugal is going to win, Ronaldo is going to win all the way.
AI: Interesting, if you DO make it to national football what team would you play for?
ZM: Ghana because they’re my favorite country. I go there every year and my family lives there.
AA: Interesting well uh those are all the questions I have for you thank you for your time and uh hope the best for you.
