Emaan Mudassar: What’s your favorite kind of music?
Hibra Sahi: I like Thai pop, Kpop, and American pop.
EM: Do you prefer country or hip-hop music?
HS: Hip-hop
EM: What kind of music do you listen to while working on a school assignment or a project?
HS: I listen to some calming music to help me focus on what I’m doing.
EM: What kind of music is overrated?
HS: Those songs with weird, bad words, and weird tones. And sometimes pop music.
EM: What kind of music is underrated?
HS: Country music.
EM: If you could remove a music genre forever what kind of music would you remove?
HS: I would remove classical music.
EM: Why?
HS: Because it’s too classic and mostly only instruments, there has to be at least some lyrics.
EM: When you’re mad would you listen to sad or rock music?
HS: Sad music to help let go of my anger.
EM: Do you have any song recommendations?
HS: I recommend Trauma by Stray Kids or Hide by Jeff Satur.
