For the first time since 1997 Michigan has won the NCAA championship. Junior quarterback J.J McCarthy leads his guys to a national championship taking down the Huskies with a score in Michigan’s favor 34-13.
The former 5 star prospect out of IMG Academy had an unbelievable record as a starter for the Wolierns being 22-1 only taking one loss to an amazing TCU squad last year in the playoffs. He also took down division rivals Ohio State 3 years in a row.
He balled out his junior year finishing with 2991 yards, 22/4 touchdown to interception rate and had a passer rating of 167.4
9th year coach Jim Harbaugh was suspended for the last three games for “sign stealing”, but it didn’t matter as he joined his dad and brother as a champion. Over nine years at MI Harbaugh is 89-25 with six 10+ win seasons.
