Penny is a 1 year old shih tzu dog, who will be turning 2 this October. She loves being outside, and running on her tiny little legs. She is cream colored with little black specks, and when she was born, she was dark brown. She loves playing with tiny tennis balls around my house. She is a very playful and goofy dog.
