The WMS boys lost with a buzzer beater in the fourth quarter for the first time in two years. The final score was 51-49 in a heartbreaking loss.

Dylan Bradley said it was “hard” losing for the first time in two years because “last year we went 9-0”. He also said he pushed himself harder “physically and emotionally especially at the end”. He said it was “hard” watching an AMS student make the shot with one second left because they played so hard.

Ricky Nagy said it was a “tough loss” and “we went up against a good team”. He was very “shocked and surprised” that Josh Oluremi scored with one second on the clock. Nagy was “tense” during the game and he “was sweating more on the bench than actually playing”.

Jayson Bradley was “shocked” that Oluremi made the shot just at the buzzer went off. And he was “upset because that was our first lost in two years”. Jayson said it was “hard losing because the team wasn’t used to it”. He thinks the team needs to work on offense a little more and “having to lose right at the buzzer is hard
