Computer class teaches about internet safety at WMS

Mr Cardoso teaches students about internet safety and technology this year at WMS

Mr. Cardoso, the technology teacher at WMS, said that he was a history teacher first while he was a long term sub. He was so good at it that they let him stay and he’s been there for 24 years. 

Cardoso said His favorite assignment was a restaurant project that the seventh grade does. They create a restaurant and make menus,  presentations,websites and commercials to promote their restaurants. 

Cardoso said, ”The most important thing that I teach in tech, that’s a tricky one, is probably internet safety.”

Preston Mangine, a 7th grade student at WMS, said he “likes to be on the computer and talk to his friends.”
