What if Yugoslavia formed earlier? Part 3

Once the war was over, the Cold War began. The Germans, Soviets, Slovaks, Hungarians, Czechs,  East Austrians and Romanians vs America and The rest of Europe. The Korean and Vietnam Wars still happen though. Germany supported a Confederate uprising in the 60’s just to poke the bear. They didn’t have to worry about M.A.D. since they had no nukes of their own. The USSR and China had nukes though. The Bay of Pigs invasion is successful because the Neo-Confederacy sparked a Red Scare that means they wouldn’t accept Communism in Cuba. Once it turned out that the South hadn’t adopted Communism, it cooled down. Also, there was the Yugoslav-German War where Germany invaded Yugoslavia over being neutral.

But eventually, Gorvachev got into power and started the reforms. His people lost faith in the system; hardcore Communists still launched a coup. Germany liked the democratic government so they invaded on the side of Gorbachev. Starting the Soviet Civil War. It is a battle royale between the different groups of the Ussr. Also Poland and Bavaria are currently fighting for independence from Germany; The Soviets are too busy with their civil war.

The USA and China supported the pro-Gorbachev army while the puppet states supported the revolutionaries. Slovenia takes the opportunity to secede from Yugoslavia and the rest is history. The South-African empire later implodes as well due to their diversity.

After the seasfire, Russia is weak so they dissolve the USSR; Bavaria and Poland have gained independence. The world population has gone down by 5%. Communism has failed and the USA is the only world superpower.  So, basically, the Cold War ends with a bang.
